This Refund & Returns Policy applies to digital IPTV subscription services provided by Apollo Group TV Media Inc. (“Apollo Group TV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Because we provide digital subscription-based services, we do not sell or ship physical goods. Therefore, traditional product returns do not apply.

Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of initial purchase. If 7 days have passed since your subscription purchase, we cannot offer a full refund.


Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 7 calendar days of the initial subscription purchase.
  • The subscription must not have been excessively used.
  • The request must come from the original purchaser.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or transaction ID) is required.

Refunds apply only to first-time subscription purchases. Renewals are non-refundable.


Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Subscription renewals
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless required by law)
  • Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day refund period
  • Excessively used subscriptions

Because our services are digital and instantly accessible, we do not offer partial refunds for unused time.


Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and reviewed:

  1. We will notify you via email that we have received your request.
  2. You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing delays may occur).
  3. Contact your bank (some refunds take additional processing time).

Exchanges

Since we provide digital IPTV subscription services, we do not offer exchanges.

Cancellations
